I already told Sara this.. but I adore the prompts. The first one, in particular, hit me hard! I know that I will be doing several pages for that one. I'm working on an influences page first though!

Crystal and I are really excited about this next Grow With Love project! We both feel pulled to place ourselves into our stories more, to create meaningful scrapbook pages that our loved ones will love to hold and read one day. And so from that pull we were inspired created Self Portrait. This being our first Grow With Love class experience, we wanted to start a dialogue about what to expect from the class and answer any questions you may have. So please feel free to ask away and we will address all questions and curiosities best we can. |

Just wanted to say that I've completed two of the prompts so far and am really loving it! Sometimes it's hard to tell stories of the present, without knowing the past too. Does that make sense? |

Oh that's really neat Leah! I'm so glad you're enjoying the prompts so far! Your pages have been WOW!!!! I love that you're going to be going through some albums from the "history" part of your story! That is one thing I've vowed to do more in my own scrapping...really embrace the yesterday and scrap those times...even those photos too! |

I'm really excited about that first prompt too! It's funny, because I've been wanting to do a page about that very thing, but have just kept putting it off to scrap pages of the boys. I think that's what I'm going to love most about this class. It will make me stop and actually take the time to scrap a page about ME! I always put my kiddos first, so my story gets left out a lot. But, it's so important to me that my boys, and one day my grandchilren, know who I was too. I just love how introspective the prompts are. |
