Hey there peeps! I thought I would share a few of my ideas/methods of keeping some of my journaling organized and where I get inspired a bit. I have bought a few journals like this one and they are filled with some fun and some basic questions just for getting facts down. They aren't all about feelings but it's a good way to keep a good history I think! The same others have a few other journals that I really really want to get as well Barnes and Noble has oodles of journals just for jotting down things on the go as well! I have notebooks all over the place where I jot things down at times! It's just nice to be able to keep track of ideas as they come to you. Sometimes you will hear a song and want to remember it and I am old school and like paper and journals...but all the phones and things these days are perfect for storing info and notes and things! Hopefully this helps a bit!! |

Oh I love these!!! I have the List Yourself book, it's just amazing esp for scatterbrains like myself, lol. Another one I love is , a skinny little tome that has fun list questions (like your favorites, what-if questions, etc) and there are cool "either-or" questions like "sunrise or sunset?" etc |

I got this idea from Peppermint (who mentioned it on a PDS episode I think?), but I signed up for about two weeks ago, where every day I get an email asking how my day went. I usually answer off the cuff and it's also lots of stream of consciousness, but I like it because at least I can record feelings and such right then and there. You can view all your emailed answers on the site.
